Kylee's Wedding

I am so behind on blog posts it's not even funny. We went to the Manti Pageant on a Friday, then the next day we drove to Boise to attend the reception of my wonderful friend (since her birth) Kylee. She was one of my bridesmaids, and I have so many great memories with her. She use to stay the night at my house all of the time when we were kids because I was too scared to stay the night at her house, haha. We started a trend where we would smash our PB&J sandwiches on the counter before we ate them because it made them "taste better." We use to tease my little brother so that he would chase us around the house and the yard, poor Stephen, haha. As we've grown older we always keep in touch, and we know that we'll always be great friends. Kory and I were able to go stay a night in Washington DC with her last summer. She was interning in the Capitol, and gave us a tour and everything! We had lots of fun. At my wedding she and her (now) husband, Seth, were so helpful and really helped make the day special for me. I just think the world of her, and love her so much! Congratulations Kylee!

Manti Pageant

Manti was so much fun. Kory tells the story better than I do. But basically the Friday we went, it had been raining all day long. I called the pageant's 800 number and spoke to an elderly man who assured me that "it rarely rains on the Manti Pageant, so we'll see ya tonight!" It was adorable of him to say, but I was skeptical. But we met up with our friends the Palmers from our ward, and my girlfriends Emily and Debra in Provo. All of us rode down to Manti and it was pouring pretty hard before we got to Manti. However, as soon as we hit the Manti city limits it was dry and the sun was shining through the clouds. It was really a miracle. The rest of the night was beautiful and we enjoyed seeing the story of Joseph Smith, and the LDS pioneers played out on the Manti Temple hill.

Coming Soon...

Stay tuned because I am preparing tons of pictures from Manti, and the Van Vleet reunion to post very soon! Sorry I'm so behind!

Love,
Ana Lee

Great Give-Away for MOMs and FUTURE MOMs!

My friend Jennifer (aka "Future Mama" and writer of "Baby Makin Machine") is doing a give-away on her blog all week. There are some super cute things to win! I wasn't going to blog about it, but decided that I should because I think some of you would enjoy the give-away gifts as much as I would. She is giving away 5 things every day this week!!

Jennifer writes a lifestyle blog about preparing to start her family one day. She is funny, and I enjoy reading her posts. Plus, I admire her because she is an ambitious career woman who is really good at using online social networking to market herself.

Some of the things that she is giving away this week have caught my eye, for both making great gifts and enjoying for myself. I recommend you click here and check it out!

Babysitting These Cuties

Earlier this week Kory also got to watch Hayden and Roman for a little bit while Kelli went out to lunch with friends. I dropped in about half way and couldn't resist taking a picture, or two, or three... haha. He entertained them easily with the Wii Mario Kart game, so fun! I ran to the grocery store while they were playing Nintendo to get some "kid-friendly" snacks! I chose Scooby Doo fruit snacks :)

I almost forgot to blog about seeing THIS bestie last week! I love her.

By the way there are two other new posts below...

Testing Testing 3 2 1

I have never posted a blog by email before. I don't know how it works,
so I wanted to give it a try.

I'm curious if the email subject becomes the blog post title?

LOVE!
